The System Workshop: A 15-Week Shared Journey

This workshop is not a classroom. It is a journey.

Together with 6 entrepreneurs and 1 NGO leader, we commit to 15 weeks of exploration, offline, in Brașov. We work as a group, and we move as a group: if one is missing, the journey pauses. Decisions are made collectively — from setting the schedule to negotiating every change. Because learning about decision-making starts with exercising it.

What do we explore?

  • The essentials of economics and how they shape your business reality
  • Designing operational processes that actually work
  • Financial basics, pricing, and costing with clarity
  • Practical ways to spot and manage decision-making biases

This is not about memorizing theories. It is about practicing them, together, until they become part of how you think.

By the end of the workshop, you will not walk away with “a bag of tools.” You will walk away with something deeper:
